Florida Self-Advocacy Conference

August 18-20, 2023

The Florida Self-Advocacy Conference is for members of FL SAND's local self-advocacy groups and all self-advocates in Florida. Held every other year, it is the largest gathering of self-advocates and their allies in Florida.

Florida Youth Council 15th Annual Summit

Orlando

Self-advocacy summer camp for ages 15-30, typically held at a conference hotel in Orlando. The Florida Youth Council is a program of Family Café.

TASH Annual Conference

The TASH Conference brings together a diverse community of stakeholders who gain information, learn about resources, and connect with others across the country to strengthen the disability field. Limited financial assistance may be available.

Partners in Policy Making 2023 Class

Partners in Policy Making is a leadership and advocacy training program that teaches individuals with developmental disabilities and parents to become community leaders and catalysts for systems change.

The Family Cafe Annual Conference

June 9-11, 2023
Orlando

The Annual Family Cafe brings together thousands of Floridians with disabilities and their family members for three days of information, training, and networking each June. Limited financial assistance can be applied for as part of the registration process, which begins in February.
