Changes to HCBS Waiver Coming

The Agency for Persons with Disabilities is in the process of finalizing Home and Community Based Medicaid waiver support coordination policy changes mandated by the passage of Senate Bill 82 in the 2020 Florida legislative session. Those changes will go into effect July 1, 2021.


APD will hold a rule hearing on the changes January 20 from 10 AM to noon (EST) – pre-registration is required. See the information below for context on this policy and the hearing.
